Just thought I would drop you a line to say how happy I was with the service I received from yourself and the team. Also it was a pleasure to meet you and your wife on Friday when I collected the car it may have taken a lot longer than we both thought to put the 348 back on the road after such a long time in storage but the end result was worth the wait! I have completed over 150 miles last weekend just to make sure all is well and I must say the car run perfectly .
I can not thank you enough for all the effort you put in over the last five weeks and I am happy to say you’re your reputation of being one of the best Ferrari service agents in the UK has been proven.

Just a quick note to say how impressed I was with both yourselves and your company in the handling of the recent Ferrari 360 spider I bought. From start to finish I felt not at all pressurised to buy, but treated as a potential customer who had an interest in buying a car. I made it clear that this was one of 3 in my sights, and that did not seem to affect your enthusiasm or dedication to your job. You sell your cars with the passion and sence of pride that truly sums up the image of the FERRARI. I am a very happy man, and to know that I can drop in, call or just visit will make the experience of owning such an iconic name, a truly pleasurable experience.

Sorry for the long delay, but I feel that I must just drop you a quick note to say how pleased we were with the level of service we received from your company. As you know, our experience of Ferrari ownership prior to using your company can only be described as bad at best, whether it be authorised or independent Ferrari dealers/service centres! Every problem that we had with our car was sorted efficiently, starting with making the arrangements for the collection to bring the car to you, right up to collecting the car from you once the work had been completed. Having dealt with your company, it has restored my faith in the fact that there is a company in the UK that can actually service the car properly, rather than just having the ability of being able to service your bank account!
