I just have to say that the car is outstanding, everything, if not more, as described. Very pleased indeed. A bit of a risk buying a car 30 years old without seeing it, but I needn’t of worried, its immaculate. Thanks for all your help over the past couple of months, really appreciate the time you’ve taken to send me all the photos, details of the car etc, brilliant customer service!
It's been a week since I picked the car up and firstly I wanted to thank you, Roger and the team for doing such a brilliant job readying the car. She's covered a fair few miles now following the long weekend trip down to the New Forest, Somerset and back - all without missing a beat. Parking her at Meridian in Lyndhurst, viewing all the modern Ferrari's but only having eyes for the 355! Both Jilly and I came back with smiles and cricked necks from continually looking back at her whenever we parked her up!
Having been recommended to the Ferrari Centre by the Owners Club and reading very positive things on the forum, my visit was akin to going to a highly rated Michelin starred restaurant and hoping the experience would turn out as good as the reviews. I'm delighted to say it was in every respect with the team showing passion for the product, providing great customer service and leaving me with the feeling of being in expert hands with nothing too much trouble.

I have really enjoyed my
visits to the showroom, have always been well received, have always learnt
something new and interesting about the cars and have felt comfortable enough to
have bought two! Needless to say the presentation and handover was excellent and
it is great to know that there is solid back up via the workshop for future
servicing or any attention a car might need.

Just wanted to drop a note on how impressed I was with the purchase of my Ferrari, I’ve been popping in and out of your dealership for about 3 years and I guess you must have wondered if I would ever purchase a car, well this weekend I did, always had a warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble, you handled the sale with professionalism and dedication, not only did you sort the sale out quickly, James even came to collect us so we could both come home in the Ferrari, how cool is that, I would not hesitate in recommending someone to buy a car from your good selves, I received the car in a highly polished state and wish to thank you for sorting the paperwork out regarding my private plate, we are a very happy couple and we know that we can call at any time of the day or just drop in for a coffee / chat.

I chose to use the team at the Ferrari Centre to sell my car following a recommendation through the Ferrari Owner's Club. From the first conversation I found the team courteous, knowledgeable and above all highly efficient. So my car was fully detailed and photographed and uploaded to the Ferrari Centre website within 2 days of me dropping the car off. Within less than a week the car was sold and all for a very reasonable sales commission. We agreed which items needed attention before the car joined its new owner and they took care of everything. The team handled the sale of my car impeccably and I would recommend anyone wishing to buy, sell or service their Ferrari to talk to the team at the Ferrari Centre - you'll be delighted that you did.

After an exhausting wait to clear Aussie customs and compliance/registration I have finally today taken delivery of my "new" 328GTS......132 nervous days since the purchase!
I wanted to say that the condition and quality of car exceeded my expectations and that my dealings with your firm have been first rate - it's a big risk to buy a 20 year old car sight unseen from halfway around the world but you have certainly delivered what was advertised.

Anyone considering either the sale or purchase of a Ferrari should not hesitate in making the Ferrari Centre their first port of call in locating a suitable high calibre vehicle. I can highly recommend this company as they have recently sold my Mondial T Coupe within a period of six weeks from receiving the vehicle at their premises - most commendable taking into account the present economic climate. They were able to complete the sale at a satisfactory price in a relatively short period of time. This organisation is very professional and I found Arthur Hughes and all his colleagues extremely helpful from the beginning until the end of the transaction.I would like to conclude in saying anyone contemplating the Ferrari experience should look no further as they will be in a safe hands with this knowledgeable team.

As you know, our experience of Ferrari ownership prior to using your company can only be described as bad at best, whether it be authorised or independent Ferrari dealers/service centres! Every problem that we had with our car was sorted efficiently, starting with making the arrangements for the collection to bring the car to you, right up to collecting the car from you once the work had been completed. Having dealt with your company, it has restored my faith in the fact that there is a company in the UK that can actually service the car properly, rather than just having the ability of being able to service your bank account!
